IMPORTANT NEED-TO-KNOW NOTES:  

• Walk-ins will NOT be accepted on Saturdays and Sundays during the month of October. Advanced Online Pre-Purchased Admission Tickets will be required for entry to the Fall Festival during this time. To control capacity and to ensure a great time is had by all, we have date and timed advanced ticket purchasing. There is no time limit on your stay at the farm, but entrance is only permitted within one hour of your purchased ticket time on the date selected. Last admittance to the farm however is 2 hours before the close of business. Walk-ins are permitted to any other Fall Festival or Weekday Playday hours of operation.

• Please be sure to check our Home Page and Facebook page for weather closure updates.

• If the farm closes due to a weather event, or circumstances do not allow you to attend at your scheduled day and time, NO REFUNDS are issued. instead, a non-expiring Coupon Code is issued for the full amount of your purchase to be applied at any future date, time, or any future event held by Montpelier Farms, including the same season, any future season, our Sunflower Festival, or any other upcoming event.

• No Admission cost is required if you are visiting our Pumpkin Patch area only. This area is separate from our Festivals and may be entered at your leisure. Pumpkins are sold separately and must be purchased in this area.

• Food and Snack buildings/trucks are located within the Fall Festival and are only available during the weekend Fall Festival. Admission must be purchased for access to these areas.

• We ask that if you would like to purchase items or donuts from our Farm Market only, please visit during the Weekday Playday hours of operation, as opposed to visiting during our Weekend Fall Festival. Management accompaniment is required.

• As many other businesses, we are also experiencing staffing issues and shortages.  Your patience is much appreciated.
