DATE OR TIME CHANGE FOR PRE-PURCHASED TICKETS
If you need to change your date or time slot, please follow the below directions:

1. Start with logging into your Attendee Account.

2. If you have not claimed your Attendee Account, please do so now. If you have already, great! You'll log in with your email and password.

3. Now that you're logged in, select "Tickets" from the top menu.

4. Next, pick the order that you'd like to edit and select "View Details" on the right-hand side.

5. On your order, you can now select "Edit" from the options to make changes!

6. Lastly, make your needed edits to the order and be sure to hit "Save" at the bottom.

7. All done!

ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS/RAIN
Safety is the number one priority at Montpelier Farms and we adjust our hours, opening, and closing times accordingly for weather events.  Please check our Facebook page for the latest information.

If Montpelier Farms decides to close for a full day or a partial day due to the forecast, we will post it on our website, as well as Facebook.  Montpelier Farms will also issue a "non-expiring" coupon code to guests who have pre-purchased their tickets online for that day, or time slot in which the weather forces us to close. You may reschedule your visit on your own by using this coupon code.  No refunds are issued. 

 

COUPON CODE

If you've been issued a coupon code, please follow the below directions to rebook your visit with us:

1. Proceed to Book Your Visit.

2. Choose a new date and time, add any extras that you may have purchased, and scroll to the bottom of the page.

3. Insert your Coupon Code in the box labeled "Redeem Coupon Code".

4. Voila!  The total amount of the Coupon Code will automatically be deducted from your new purchase.

*NOTE:  Please be sure to use all your funds within this purchase!  The Coupon Code may only be used ONE time.   Coupon Codes do not expire and may be used for the current season, another event, or even next season!

ACCESSIBILITY

We are a handicap conscious business! Our facility is wheelchair & handicapped accessible, but please note there are areas of grass, dirt and gravel which may become difficult to navigate.  We have dedicated handicap parking available in the front and center of the farm, and also provide portable handicap accessible restrooms located all throughout the facility.  Service animals are always welcome too!

PUMPKIN PATCH - NO ADMISSION CHARGE
Pumpkin Patch-  You may visit our Pumpkin Patch to purchase pumpkins without purchasing admission to our Fall Festival or Weekday Playdays.  Entrance and Exit must be made through the Pumpkin Patch gate, without entering any other part of the farm.

FARM MARKET 

You may visit our Farm Market for purchases without paying Admission Tuesday through Thursday, 10am until 3pm.  Entrance to our Farm Market during our Fall Festival hours, Friday thru Sunday is not permitted, unless preauthorized by Management.

DRESS FOR SUCCESS

You are visiting a real farm. To dress for success, we recommend wearing clothing comfortable for walking or hiking. Layering for temperate weather or cool days makes sense. Use hats for sun protection. Pay particular attention to footwear. Sneakers or hiking boots are great.

BABIES/CHILDREN and STROLLERS
Babies and children of all ages are welcome, just prepare them for the weather & sun.   If you plan to venture into our corn maze it wouldn’t be a bad idea at all to bring a stroller!  The paths are plenty wide and strollers are welcome in our corn maze or anywhere in the park.  We also offer lovely diaper changing stations as well!

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR PURCHASE
Here at Montpelier Farms, we try to offer and provide as many activities possible to our customers!  We do however charge an extra fee for certain activities within the farm.  The cost of these activities are passed onto the customer due to Montpelier Farms providing the materials so you may enjoy, if you choose, to take these items home with you.  By no means are you required to purchase any extra activities.  We do hope that our customers understand that it would be impossible for Montpelier Farms to afford to provide every customer with unlimited painted pumpkins, gem stones, etc., free of charge. 

PICNIC BASKETS, COOLERS AND PICNIC AREA
Picnic tables, benches, etc., are available, but not guaranteed, unless a private area has been previously reserved. Outside food and drinks are permitted, but NO glass bottles please!  Most guests prefer to buy food on site and skip the hassle of packing. We're farm folks and have set our prices, and the prices of our vendors, to be affordable for everyone. Our NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES policy applies to picnic baskets, coolers, and our picnic area. 

RE-ENTERING THE PARK
You must wear your Montpelier Farms wristband throughout your visit to the park. Same day re-admittance is ONLY allowed with wristband.

MILITARY DISCOUNT
Official Military ID, active or retired, grants the bearer 2 FREE Apple Cider Donuts!

SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT
Patrons of age 65 and older, grants the bearer 2 FREE Apple Cider Donuts!

LOST and FOUND
We ask all guests to bring items found to the Farm Market counter. Guests inquiring about items lost are to report to the Farm Market counter. Please be prepared to accurately describe the lost item.

PETS
We do allow friendly and leashed dogs entrance to the park at NO CHARGE.  Dogs must be on a leash at all times.  YES, dogs are welcome inside our corn maze and on the hayride as well!  We also offer water bowls scattered throughout to refresh your loved ones during your visit! Please be mindful of our visitors and guests.  It's your "doody" to pick-up after your pets please!
